Where's the PTA? If I were a parent I'd be in front of the DEPT. OF ED and the SCHOOL BOARD with a bat or a lawyer, maybe both. How many injuries, failures, mishaps, assaults, molestations over the years are due to this laxity, negligence, and illegal activity?
Notice, with the great audit, 3page reporting and promises of better accountability, there was minimal mention of the payroll and none of bookkeeping, or acounting files. I'd send in the forensic team.
